Welcome to the Office of Information Technologies Technology Help Desk (powered by TeamDynamix).
The service allows students, applicants, faculty and staff to submit a service request or report a problem to OIT.
The Help Desk is available via mobile devices allowing users to request help from cell phones and tablets or users can continue to reach OIT by phone, email or walk-in location.
Guide to using the Help Desk Portal
Log in with your RIDER KEY User ID and Password
Use the Request Help button to enter a ticket into the Help Desk system.
Use the Find an Answer button to search the OIT knowledgebase to find solutions and answers to common technology problems and questions.
Use the Password Help button to reset your RIDER KEY password.
To report a classroom issue quickly, click on the Report a Classroom Issue button.
