Help Desk Assistant – Provide great customer service. Help students, staff and faculty get connected, log in and troubleshoot problems.
OIT Assistant – Be a trusted resource in the open computer labs. Maintain Rider’s fleet of student printers.
OIT Student Tech - Be a technical guru. Assist our Desktop team troubleshooting issues.
Media Services Student Tech – Provide classroom and meeting support across campus. Assist with campus events, setting up and breaking down.
Supervisory Positions:
Help Desk Student Manager – Supervise Help Desk Assistant staff. Monitor day to day operations. Train new Help Desk staff members.
OIT Lab Manager – Manage all OIT Assistants. Provide training as needed. Act as a 2nd level for troubleshooting printer issues.
Media Services Student Manager – Manage Media student staff. Train new student staff.
Graduate Assistant Help Desk – Manage day to day operations. Train new Help Desk staff members. Supervise Help Desk Assistant staff. This position receives Tuition Remission for 3 credits each semester.
OIT Student Staff Coordinator (Graduate Assistant) – Coordinate student staff hiring, on-boarding and scheduling. This position receives Tuition Remission for 3 credits each semester.
