Rider’s “whole person” approach to athletics wouldn’t be complete without providing access to great facilities and resources like the following:

Baseball - Sonny Pittaro Field - Enter the campus at the main entrance (traffic light on Rt. 206) and continue to the first right. Drive to the end of the road and turn left. Follow the road past the Greek Houses and continue through the white gate. The baseball field is down that road, past the tennis courts.
Basketball - (Alumni Gym) Stay on Route 206, going through the traffic light at the main entrance to campus. Make the next right turn at the South entrance to campus. Proceed through the security gate and make a right turn at the stop sign. Alumni Gym is off to your left with parking available to your left behind the gym.
Cross Country - Enter the campus at the main entrance (traffic light on Rt. 206) and continue to the first right. Drive to the end of the road and turn left. Follow the road past the Greek Houses and continue through the white gate. Make a quick right just after the gate and head toward the track. The Start/Finish line area is behind the red barn adjacent to the track.
Field Hockey - Enter the campus at the main entrance (traffic light on Rt.206) and continue to the first right. Drive to the end of the road and turn left. Follow the road past the Greek Houses and continue through the white gate. The field hockey field is to the right. You may drive down into the parking area around the outside of the track.
Golf - Olde York Country Club
From Points South
Take 295 north; get off Exit 56 Fort Dix (to 206 South). Bear right from the exit ramp; turn left at dead end. At the traffic light turn right onto 206 South. IMMEDIATELY get into left hand lane. Go 800 yards to break in the median for a left-hand turn (look for golf course sign). Proceed onto Old York Road (Rt. 660 E.) just before a Gary Player Signature Course sign and Mobil gas station. The driveway is then the first drive on the right (about ¼ mile).
Take 206 North. Four miles north of Columbus Farmer’s Market and 50 yards past Route 68 (note NADE auto auction just before Route 68) make a right turn on Old York Road (approaching Mobil station slow down) just past the station is our Gary Player Signature Course sign and then immediately Olde York Road, our driveway is then the first drive on the right (about ¼ mile).
From Point North
Take 206 or 130 South to the weigh station in Bordentown; bear left for 206 south. Continue on 206 south past the turnpike and 295 entrance. Get into the left-hand lane and proceed under the second underpass approximately 800 yards to a break in the median for a 90-degree left turn onto Old York Road. (Just before Gary Player Signature Course sign and Mobil gas station). Our drive is then the first drive on the right (about ¼ mile).
Take 295 South to the first exit past scenic overlook, Exit 57, 130 South Burlington. At the 1st light (Dunns Mill Road) take the jug handle to crossover 130. Dunns Mill dead ends at 206. Make right onto 206 South. Get into left hand lane and go under the second underpass approximately 800 yards to a break in the median (Rt. 660 East) for a 90 degree left turn onto Old York Road just before the Gary Player Signature Course sign and the Mobil gas station. Our drive is then the first drive on the right (about ¼ mile).
From Turnpike
Off Exit 7, South on Highway 206 under the underpass (turnpike), get into left lane and go approximately 800 yards to a break in the median for a 90 degree left turn onto Old York Road (Rt. 660 East). Just before the Gary Player Signature Course sign and Mobil gas station. Our drive is then the first drive on the right (about ¼ mile).
Soccer - Enter the campus at the main entrance (traffic light on Rt.206) and continue to the first right. Drive to the end of the road and turn left. Follow the road past the Greek Houses and continue through the white gate. The soccer field is to the left.
Softball - Herb and Joan Young Softball Field - Enter the campus at the main entrance (traffic light on Rt. 206) and continue to the first right. Drive to the end of the road and turn left. Follow the road past the Greek Houses and continue through the white gate. The softball field is to the right. You may drive down into the parking area around the outside of the track.
Swimming & Diving - (Canastra Health and Sports Center) (Richard Coppola Pool)
Stay on Route 206, going through the traffic light at the main entrance to campus. Make the next right turn at the South entrance to campus. Go through the security gate. Keep going straight through a couple of stop signs. The road winds around past the Greek Houses. The road bears to the right and the building on the left is Mauer Gym.
Tennis - Enter the campus at the main entrance (traffic light on Rt.206) and continue to the first right. Drive to the end of the road and turn left. Follow the road past the Greek Houses and continue through the white gate. The tennis courts are straight ahead prior to the baseball field.
Track & Field - Enter the campus at the main entrance (traffic light on Rt.206) and continue to the first right. Drive to the end of the road and turn left. Follow the road past the Greek Houses and continue through the white gate. The track is to the right. You may drive down into the parking area around the outside of the track.
Volleyball - (Alumni Gym) Stay on Route 206, going through the traffic light at the main entrance to campus. Make the next right turn at the South entrance to campus. Proceed through the security gate and make a right turn at the stop sign. Alumni Gym is off to your left with parking available to your left behind the gym.
Wrestling - (Alumni Gym) Stay on Route 206, going through the traffic light at the main entrance to campus. Make the next right turn at the South entrance to campus. Proceed through the security gate and make a right turn at the stop sign. Alumni Gym is off to your left with parking available to your left behind the gym.
Rider University is located 60 miles south of New York City and 35 miles north of Philadelphia in Lawrence Township, Mercer County, New Jersey.
The campus is conveniently situated five miles south of Princeton and three miles north of Trenton on U.S. Route 206.
