How Nick Foppiano found his #HomeAtRider:
"I’m a very indecisive person when it comes to big decisions. I was between Rider and one other school and could not stop panicking over which to choose. During this process, I attended an admitted student day and was recommended the Bronc for a Day program. I was able to shadow classes, go to lunch with a current student and end the day by attending an ultimate frisbee practice of all things. I got in the car and on the way home I just had a really good feeling that I had found my home for the next four years.
Coming this summer — the new College of Arts and Sciences. It will consist of four schools: @westminsterchoircollege, the School of Media and Performing Arts, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the School of Science, Technology and Mathematics. The college will merge the current College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and Westminster College of the Arts.

How Liz O’Hara found her #HomeAtRider:
"I became a Bronc back in 2006 when I was only 6 years old. My oldest sister, Lauren, chose Rider to start the next chapter of her life after high school. While we never would have guessed it back then, all four of my older siblings pursued their education here.
Three years ago, freshman Sean Binning underwent emergency brain surgery for a ruptured arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Last month, he earned MAAC Diver and MAAC Rookie Diver of the Year as the men’s team won its 10th straight MAAC Championship. His story is one of incredible perseverance.
The surgery removed the left side of his skull to relieve pressure from the AVM. He spent 18 days in the neuro ICU in a sedated coma. He needed a tracheostomy tube and a feeding tube. Sean had to relearn basic life functions — how to speak, how to walk, how to eat and even how to breathe. He lost 40 lbs.
