Outcomes - Class of 2021
Each year, Career Development and Success at Rider University conducts a survey to learn more about the career choices and outcomes of our recent graduating class. We reached out to the Class of 2021 to learn about what they’ve been up to one year after graduation. 1,010 students were surveyed, 780 of them undergraduate and 230 were graduates, which an average response rate of 81%.
What are they doing now?
98.7%
bachelor degree recipients are employed, in graduate school, volunteering or in the military within one year of graduation

master's degree recipients are employed, pursuing further education, volunteering or in the military within one year of graduation
Engaged Learning at work
Nearly 8 out of 10 employed class of 2021 undergraduate survey respondents gained hands-on experience through internships, co-ops or student teaching placements.
