The graduate programs at Westminster Choir College will take your music performance and leadership skills to the next level. Renowned for music study with a unique choral emphasis, our rigorous programs are offered in various formats, including online, to fit the needs of working artists while offering them extensive, professional-level performance opportunities to develop their craft with further expertise.
Performance opportunities
At Westminster, performance opportunities are at the core of your academic experience. All Westminster Choir College Graduate students are required to sing in the Westminster Symphonic Choir for two semesters, and are invited to audition for one of several select ensembles.
Performance venues and facilities
On-campus students are welcome to practice, perfect and prepare for careers with opportunities to work in spaces like the Presser Voice Laboratory, Gill Memorial Chapel and Wenger Sound-Lok Sound Isolation practice rooms

Whether studying from home or the field, students enrolled in Westminster’s online degree programs experience rich exposure to a wide range of music traditions, tools and resources that support solid, continual growth.

Graduate placement testing
Incoming graduate students must take the placement exams during Orientation week preceding their first semester of enrollment.
