Course Cancelation/Checking the Status of a Course

All courses are subject to cancelation due to insufficient enrollment. In case of cancelation, the Westminster Office of Continuing Education will attempt to contact all registered participants by phone or email. Courses will be canceled approximately two weeks before the course is scheduled to begin. Participants are encouraged to register early in order to facilitate appropriate planning. Participants may always check the status of the course by calling the Office of Continuing Education at 609-924-7416.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

The $50 technology fee, and $200 (per course) deposit are non-refundable.

Participants enrolled in canceled courses are entitled to a full credit on tuition and deposits. Participants who elect to withdraw from a course may not be entitled to a full credit on tuition and fees. Participants who wish to withdraw must contact the Westminster Office of Continuing Education.

If a participant must cancel, a full refund (with the exception of the technology fee and deposit(s)) will be given up until 4 p.m. EST on the Monday before the course begins. Refunds for courses with limited enrollments will be given only if the space can be filled before the course begins. Therefore, if you must cancel, please let us know immediately so someone else may take your place. All participants are expected to attend the entire week, and no pro-rated refunds are possible.

Grade Reporting

Grade reports (not official transcripts) will be sent to the students taking the course for credit.

Transcripts

Official transcript request forms are available here.  Course participants may request, in writing, official college transcripts to be sent to other institutions.  When possible, please hold transcript requests until the end of all your courses. In addition, transcript requests cannot be processed until all outstanding balances have been paid.  Download Transcript Request

Academic Credit

Registrants should indicate on the registration form their interest in receiving graduate credit. The requirements to receive graduate credit will be stated by the instructor at the beginning of each class. Registrants may attend a course as a non-credit participant, with no academic credit involved.
