Transforming vision to action required both a meeting of minds—more than 100 diverse members, from every part of our community—and a rolling up of our sleeves. Over a year, we assessed Rider’s strengths and challenges within six working groups and developed goals, action plans and benchmarks to chart a new path forward for Rider. Our aim was more than a decisive action plan, it is a framework that encourages all of us, within five strategic themes, to determine how we each can best drive positive change and contribute to our students’ success.
