Agreements grant full junior-class admission into 9 Rider programs
On July 1, Rider University signed new program-to-program transfer agreements with Mercer County Community College and Brookdale Community College.
The agreements facilitate the transfer of credits toward a bachelor’s at Rider. They also provide guaranteed admission for students who earn an associate degree, provided all academic and other requirements are met.
"We’re pleased to strengthen our relationship with these institutions and extend partnerships that provide real benefits for students pursuing their education,” says Rider President Gregory G. Dell'Omo, Ph.D.
The agreements with Mercer guarantee admission into four programs, business administration with a major in actuarial science, exercise science, game and interactive media design, and global studies. With the new agreements, 50 programs at Mercer are guaranteed to transfer to Rider.
The agreements with Brookdale guarantee admission into five programs, popular music studies (general track), theatre (with concentrations in both technical theatre and acting, game and interactive media design, and computer science. With the new agreements, 35 programs at Brookdale are guaranteed to transfer to Rider.
