Program overview

The 100% online Higher Education Leadership program prepares graduates for a variety of institutional roles in higher education, with an emphasis on developing leadership skills for organizational change. A unique graduate program for emerging higher education professionals, we provide you with the leadership capacity to face organizational challenges in today’s colleges and universities. Students may choose to pursue a standalone Higher Education Leadership certificate or may earn their M.A. in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Leadership. 

Program requirements

Students can earn a master's degree or graduate certificate. The coursework is aimed at working professionals who want to deepen their knowledge of functions such as student affairs, to gain an understanding of how schools assess, plan and change, and also who want to develop insight into the complex and changing "big picture" of higher education.
