Program requirements

This program features an interdisciplinary curriculum with coursework in geological, environmental, and marine sciences (GEMS), biology, chemistry, physics and social sciences. Students may choose an environmental or marine concentration. 

Learn science by doing science

Environmental Sciences students participate in extensive laboratory and field studies. You’ll explore a rich diversity of ecological environments and acquire the knowledge and skills required for a wide range of potential careers.
