Encouraging educational excellence in international business
Since 2005, Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ, USA and Sanda University in Shanghai, China have partnered to offer students a dual degree program in international business.
Through participation in the Sanda-Rider Cooperative Program, students who meet admission requirements can further their studies at Rider, earning bachelor’s degrees from both Sanda and Rider. Additionally, students may pursue Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Accountancy (MAcc) graduate degrees in Rider’s AACSB-accredited Norm Brodsky College of Business.

Featured graduate business programs
Rider’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program offers several career‐focused concentrations to give you the flexibility to customize your degree and receive specialized training based on your area of interest.
Rider's Master of Accountancy (MAcc) curriculum has a practical focus on technology, and its impact on accounting, to equip graduates with the business analytics and communication skills necessary to succeed.
Through the Rider‐Sanda dual degree program, students may pursue a combined BS/MBA or BS/MAcc degree in 20‐24 months. Students learn in China and the U.S. and are introduced to global and multi‐cultural perspectives. Classes are led by expert faculty who have real world business experience in China, the U.S., and internationally. Internship opportunities, including paid practical training, are available.
Application process
For students interested in pursuing the Rider-Sanda dual degree program, we have established the following admission requirements and academic timelines:
Academic Requirements for Direct Acceptance
- Sanda Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 and above
- CET 6 score of 425 and above
Academic Requirements for Provisional Acceptance
- Sanda Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 and above
- CET 6 score between 420 to 424
Scholarships are available to students with a Sanda 3.5 GPA or higher.
