The Division of Facilities & University Operations enjoys state of the art printing and mail services to in our partnership with Ricoh USA. The services include the Print Center for all quality print needs, the Mail Center for student and campus mail, package pick-ups and smart lockers, and Print Devices, or Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) with print/copy/scan capabilities.

FAQs
How do I get my mail?
- When the Mail Center receives mail for you (USPS, Interoffice) it will be sorted as departmental mail and delivered to departments on daily mail runs.
- Faculty members who had prior arrangements to pick up their mail will be able to continue with that process. They will get an email notification when mail center receives mail for them.
How do I get my packages?
- When the Mail Center receives a package for you, it will be checked into the new TRAC software and you will receive an email notification.
- Packages are going to be delivered to individuals on the scheduled mail run.
- Recipients will be required to sign for the mail upon delivery.
Can I pick up my own packages?
- Yes, you can contact the Mail Center and let us know if you wish to pick up your package.
- Additionally, if we do miss you, your package will be brought back to the mail center and will be delivered the next business day.
Will I be able to send mail and ship packages from the Mail Center?
- Yes, the Mail Center offers shipping services. You will be able to purchase postage and shipping supplies.
What supplies are available?
- Packing Supplies

- UPS and USPS shipping
How do I pay for the supplies?
- The Mail Center is able to accept credit cards/debit cards, cash, Google Pay and Apple Pay
How can I order a print job?
- You will be able to place print requests through a user friendly, online job submission tool called PrintNet.
- In addition, you will be able to contact print services directly to review any special instructions or print requirements.
- No job is too big or too small!
