The Gail Bierenbaum Leadership Council is dedicated to giving back to Rider. Our goal is 100% participation by all of our members. Together, we have raised more than $1.25M in support of scholarships and grants for Rider women.

The Gail Bierenbaum Leadership Scholarship Endowment
Created by Gail and Barry ’76 Bierenbaum, the GBLC Scholarship endowment provides four-year renewable scholarships for Rider students. A requirement of the scholarship is for students to participate in the GBLC mentoring program.
Women Helping Women Current Use Fund
Created by Laura Glotzbach ’97, this fund provides support for female GBLC students to realize their academic, personal, and professional dreams and goals. This fund awards financial support for professional development and leadership opportunities such as conferences and competitions, internship expenses, research, certifications, etc.
The GBLC/Newcombe Scholarship
For more than 30 years, Rider has enjoyed a relationship with the Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to providing scholarships to mature students with financial need.
