How Elina Csapo found her #HomeAtRider: “I chose Rider University because of the incredible opportunity to attend with a full-tuition scholarship after winning the Norm Brodsky Business Concept Competition. Rider offers excellent networking opportunities and a supportive community, both of which have significantly enhanced my academic and professional growth. Being part of the Business Honors Program Living Learning Community has allowed me to connect with like-minded students and build meaningful relationships. One of my favorite memories at Rider so far has been working alongside my peers to help organize and host the Hidden Disability Summit in collaboration with the Student Government Association. It was an incredible experience to see such a meaningful event come together and raise awareness for important issues. My advice to anyone considering Rider is to embrace the community. Get involved in the clubs and organizations that align with your interests and passions — you’ll find that the smaller campus size makes it easy to form strong connections and build lasting relationships. Also, don’t be afraid to take on leadership roles early on; it’s a great way to develop your skills and make a positive impact!” Elina Csapo is a freshman double majoring in global supply chain management, and management and leadership. She works at Rider University's Office of Information Technology and serves as a freshman senator for @ridersga. She is also involved in the History Club and the Presidential Council on Inclusion, and leads Young Able Voices, a nonprofit supporting kids and teens with hidden disabilities.
