Isabella Pero is a student worker for the Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI). She is from a small town near Ocean City, New Jersey. Isabella is a current sophomore double majoring in Elementary Education and Multidisciplinary Studies. She has a concentration in math and a minor in special education. Isabella is a sister of Phi Sigma Sigma and is currently the chapter's sisterhood chair. She is also the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the National Panhellenic Council (NPC) and is the NPC Greek Ambassador. Outside of Greek Life, Isabella is in the Gail Bierenbaum Leadership Council, a Bronc-ambassador for Rider, and served as the Freshman Class Vice Chair through the Student Government Association (SGA). Through the CDI, she has also participated in the Multicultural Student Leadership Institute (MSLI). In the Fall of 2024, Isabella was a peer leader for the All Broncs BELONG Alliance. She has also consistently been on the Dean's list for the past 3 semesters.
