Airfare to L.A.
Round trip airfare to L.A. can vary. It is estimated that if you are departing from a New York or Philadelphia airport that your round trip airfare to L.A. will be between $600 & $800. The Los Angeles Airport or LAX is Los Angeles' major airport, and is located approximately 27 miles from the Ava Apartments. Travel time depends greatly on traffic and can take from 30 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Taxis are available right outside the LAX terminal. An Uber/Lyft ride is an app request away. From LAX to the Ava Apartments, an Uber/Lyft ride will cost you approximately $35-50. Taking the Super Shuttle will be a less expensive alternative. The cost of the Super Shuttle is approximately $24 per person. It might be a good idea to reserve the Super Shuttle at least one week in advance by calling (800) BLUE-VAN (800-258-3826) or visiting their website at supershuttle.com.
The Bob Hope Airport or BUR is located in Burbank and is 15 minutes/5 miles from the Ava Apartments. Taxis are available outside the airport. Uber/Lyft - an app request away. American, JetBlue, Southwest, United and US Airways fly into Burbank. While flying into Burbank will save you time and Uber/Lyft fare when traveling to Ava, LAX generally offers cheaper flights from the New York/Philadelphia area.
