Film and television labs
Cultivate your visual storytelling skills using our state-of-the-art film and tv studio facilities. Inside our film and television labs, you’ll have access to a range of filmmaking equipment including cameras, lenses, microphones, LED lighting, camera accessories, sound gear, digital recording equipment, industry-standard software and more.
Labs are open daily with convenient evening hours available for students looking to complete film and television projects, host screenings, and more after hours.
You can also benefit from the ability to create anywhere with access to filmmaking gear both on and off campus. Our students and equipment have traveled to shoots in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. Creative projects have also taken our students, and equipment, internationally to China, the Galapagos Islands, Ireland and Italy.
Game production lab
Develop highly sought-after skills and techniques such as animation, motion capture, 3D modeling and interaction design using professional tools and technologies. Our lab space encourages both independent work and collaboration with classmates and faculty to research and develop new games and related projects.
Music computing labs
Experiment with music with opportunities to work hands-on with industry-standard software and digital tools. Our digital workstations are equipped with Ableton Live, Logic Pro and Serato, as well as MIDI keyboards, USB audio interfaces, microphones, and other MIDI devices. We also encourage you to utilize our various studios, performance and rehearsal spaces, library, production facilities, and numerous instruments to learn, practice and master your craft.
