Rider University's Small Business Institute consulting team of Jennifer Merkin, of Warminster, a business administration graduate from Rider University and Andrea Lea Malaney, of Levittown, a senior entrepreneurship student at Rider, receives plaques for their top ten national finish in the Small Business Institute National Case Competition from Dr. Ronald Cook, professor of management and human resources and the director of the Small Business Institute at Rider University. To enter the SBI competition, colleges and universities pick the best case from all projects done in the given year. To become one of the 10 finalists for the top national honor, teams must first win regional honors.
