Purpose or goal of the program
The goals of this program include maintaining contact with new faculty while providing a coherent collection of workshops focused upon a central theme of continuous improvement of teaching.
Outcomes of the Program
New faculty will share a common understanding of the relationships between learning goals, assignment design, and the use of rubrics, and also become familiar with ways to communicate with students about their grades.
