Devon Baranek, M.B.A., Ph.D., teaches classes in financial accounting, managerial accounting and financial statement analysis. Her research interests are accounting regulation, financial accounting standards, securities and Exchange Commission enforcement and corporate governance. She is a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania since 2011 and she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
