Scholarship opportunities

We’re committed to making Rider affordable the entire time you’re here with our generous scholarships, grants and additional funding to help you bridge the financial aid gap. 

Here are a few of our first-year undergraduate scholarships:

  • Trustee Scholarship — Full tuition
  • Norm Brodsky Idea/Business Concept Competition — Full tuition
  • Merit-Based Scholarships — $13,000 - $25,000 annually
  • Community Scholars/Bonner Leaders — $3,500 for freshman year and $1,200 in future years
  • Alumni Legacy Award — $2,000 annually
  • Sibling Grant — $2,000 annually
  • Gail Bierenbaum Leadership Council Mentoring Program — $1,000 annually
Scholarships for First-Year Students

A job or graduate school, guaranteed.

The Cranberry Investment is our guarantee that graduates who fulfill their requirements will obtain a job or acceptance into graduate or professional school within six months of graduation—or we’ll provide career coaching and may recommend either additional coursework at no cost or a paid six-month internship.
