Mark D. Promislo, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management at Rider University’s Norm Brodsky College of Business. His work has appeared in such publications as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management Education, Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology, and Academy of Management Learning and Education. His main areas of research are ethics and well-being, and the work-family interface. Dr. Promislo and his coauthor were finalists for the 2013 AMLE Best Paper award. He also coedited the Handbook of Unethical Work Behavior: Implications for Individual Well-Being. Prior to completing his doctoral degree, Dr. Promislo worked for Merck & Co. for seven years in market research and sales.
