Honoring Distinguished Alumni
The Norm Brodsky College of Business Hall of Fame honors the contributions of outstanding individuals who shape and strengthen the University, the community and their profession. The College inducted the first members into its Hall of Fame on May 3, 2018, and will celebrate new inductees on a biennial schedule.

Daniel Geltrude ’87 is a renowned expert on accounting, economic, and tax topics, making frequent appearances on Fox News, CBS, and NBC. He is the author of “Positive Financial Karma” and founder of Geltrude and Company, a firm known for its innovative and strategic accounting services since 1995. Appointed by the governor in 2010, he continues to serve on the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy. Dan also shares his expertise as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University and actively contributes to Rider's Accounting Advisory Council. He earned his degree in Accounting from Rider in 1982 and holds a Master’s in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master’s in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
Laura Glotzbach ’97 is the founder of LGS Marketing Services, a campaign marketing analytics company she started in 2009. Soon to add 'adjunct professor' to her accolades, she will be co-teaching a new course, Data Storytelling, in the Fall semester. A dedicated alumna, Laura has been a generous donor, mentor, and coach in the Business in Action program, as well as a board member on the Gail Bierenbaum Women’s Leadership Council and co-chair of the Business Analytics Advisory Council. She has served as a Brodsky College Executive in Residence and has actively participated in guest lectures, student coaching, panel discussions, competition judging, and workshop leadership. Laura graduated from Rider in 1997 with a degree in Advertising and holds a Master’s in the Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University, along with various other certificates and credentials.
John Guarino ’82 currently serves on Rider University's Board of Trustees, having completed a term as Chair in 2023. With a distinguished career at the Coca-Cola Company, he held numerous leadership roles including President of Middle East and North Africa, CEO of Coca-Cola Germany, Regional Director of Bottling Investments in Group Eurasia and Africa, and President of Coca-Cola Canada. Prior to Coca-Cola, he was the Regional Director for Middle East and Africa at Philip Morris International. John also contributes to academia as an adjunct instructor in Temple University’s Global MBA program and at Rider University, teaching undergraduate Strategic Management and Policy, and participating in the Executive MBA program in locations such as Croatia, Berlin, Chile, and Peru. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Rider in 1982 and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University.
Timothy Tracy ’90 currently leads Ernst & Young’s Americas Private Equity Practice, overseeing 7,500 professionals and ensuring the delivery of top-notch services to private equity companies. With a career spanning over three decades at EY, Tim has held numerous leadership roles, including Managing Partner of the New Jersey Office and the firm’s East region. He became a partner in just 12 years and has served as the lead partner for some of the firm’s largest clients. Tim is known for his commitment to mentoring talent and championing diversity and inclusion. He actively gives back as a member of the American Cancer Society, co-chair of the New Jersey Special Olympics, and a founding member of Ownership Works. At Rider, he has co-chaired the Accounting Advisory Council and participated in various recruiting and speaking engagements. Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rider in 1990.
