Rider's impact on Diamond's career
As a Bonner and McNair Scholar, Diamond graduated Rider with the knowledge, skills and experience needed to continue her education. Her Rider degree was the first step in Diamond's educational and professional journey.
Continued success
Diamond earned her doctorate from Lehigh University's School Psychology program in 2022. Her dissertation explored a strengths-based approach to examining school climate and social-emotional competence as protective factors for elementary students from minorities backgrounds. She is employed as a full-time school psychologist for Loudoun County Public Schools.
