Dana wanted to enhance her education as a behavior analyst in a program that emphasized application and the Rider-Bancroft cohort was the perfect opportunity to do so. Upon hearing about a non-profit organization that puts its employees through a graduate degree program in Applied Psychology, Dana knew the cohort was for her. This program would allow her to apply what she learned to her job everyday. It would provide her with an educational experience unlike any other along with the opportunity move up professionally.
With the opportunity from Rider University, I was able to start a new career, find my niche, and continue to grow as a professional, academic and a person.

Rider's impact on Dana's career
The Bancroft-Rider cohort drove Dana to to pursue her new career in Applied Behavior Analysis. She was able to work full time while getting her education and supervision hours. Dana graduated her program with the tools she needed to pass her exams and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Through the cohort, Dana got her degree and began her career in which she continues to grow.
Continued success
Dana currently works in an acute care residential facility for adults and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of individual service and behavior plans at Bancroft. She also supervises current students as they find their footing in the field. With a passion for applied psychology, Dana continues to learn and apply her learning to help others at Bancroft.
