After being awarded first prize at the Piano Competition held at Westminster Choir College, she entered the Piano Performance program and studied under Ena Bronstein Barton and German Diez (both pupils of Claudio Arrau). She participated in numerous master classes and was coached by Frederick Marvin, Joseph Bloch, Rolf-Peter Wille, Thomas Otten, Wolfram Rieger and Diana Richardson.
Highlights of her favorite events include being invited to perform at the celebrated series master classes of Claudio Arrau’s 100-year-old birthday in 2003; a solo concert at the New Jersey Governor’s Mansion; performing in the celebration of the 135th Anniversary of Philadelphia’s Chinatown; participating in the 2006 Taiwanese Culture Festival-Performing Arts (Saint Louis, Missouri); and appearing frequently in the faculty concert series of Rider University.
