Professor Braddock has been working at Rider University since 2008, moving into a full-time faculty role in 2020. She teaches the Business in Action and Marketing Principles courses in the Marketing Department. She brings 30 years of diverse experience as an event planner, marketing, communications, and public relations professional in the higher education, professional services and not-for-profit industries to the classroom.

- Coordinator of the Business in Action project which provides a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on real-world experience by running a micro-business and participating in a competition during the semester.
- Director of the Business Living and Learning Community which eases the transition from high school to college by connecting first-year students to a community of students, faculty, staff and corporate professionals.
