Biography
"I am currently completing my doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I was born and currently reside in suburbs outside of Philadelphia. I am committed to helping students identify their areas of strength and resilience through developing adaptive coping strategies and fostering problem-solving skills. I am primarily trained in cognitive-behavior therapy and I also incorporate dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and problem-solving therapy into my practice. I have developed clinical interests in the areas of anxiety, OCD, mood, and eating disorders. I am specifically interested in working with the young adult and student athlete population. My long-term goals include working in a university setting, teaching, and engaging in research. Personally, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exercising, and cooking."
